Memory, Reminders and Meaning.
Yesterday, I lost my engagement ring.
I looked down and the stone was gone. Most likely down the sink. A plumber checked the trap, nothing. I retraced my steps, over and over.
What surprised me most was how much happiness I hadn’t realised that little stone held. Always bright and sparkly. Always there. A tiny smile of reassurance whether I was happy, sad, cross, or just exhausted by life.
We rely on physical objects to anchor our emotions and memories. Often, what we remember isn’t the moment itself, but the act of remembering. The reminder.
Keep your memories safe. Without reminders, they can quietly fade.
Photographs are different. Each time you look at a photograph, you notice something new. A glance. A hand. A laugh in the background. A detail you missed before. That’s why with my photoshoot packages, you receive all of your high-resolution images, not just the ones for the wall. Because sometimes you need more than a single frame. You need the full story.
When you need a little spark of sunshine, you can scroll back through them. Remember the faces. The interactions. The quirks that make us love so deeply.
This wasn’t the post I planned to write. That was meant to be “Back to work! New headshots! Make 2026 the year to win!” But this feels more important.
Keep your memories safe. Without reminders, they can quietly fade.
Whether 2026 is the year you get engaged, married, welcome a baby, celebrate your family, or mark an all-important birthday. Let me create those precious moments with you. Capture them. Print them. Store them safely on your walls and in your hands.
So when you’re taking the bins out… or hoovering under the bed… you’re not desperately wondering if something precious has been lost forever.
If 2026 is your year — engagement, baby, family, or celebration.
Let’s capture it properly. Together.

If there’s a chapter of your story you’d like to hold onto in 2026. Whether that’s a new beginning, a growing family, or simply time together. I’m always happy to talk — no pressure, just possibilities.
