Summer 2023

The summer hols are in full flow and assistance 1 & 2 are lucky enough to get a place at the fantastic Lighthouse Princes Risborough this week. When I was offered the chance to take their publicity shots I jumped at the chance to find out what was going on.

I was so impressed, the organisation and the dedication by the people in charge is inspiring.

When I arrived the children were all in the big top and I could hear squeals of laughter and screams of excitement. Upon entering the tent near the stage there were roughly 300 children looking up at me enthralled by the stage performers and live music. Assistant number 2 was right at the front busy learning his dance moves.

Throughout the day I was able to see the other activities taking place, parachute games and an entire tent dedicated just to crafting - assistant number 1 was in his element, plus storytelling, theatre, songs and lots and lots of laughter.
