If you go down to the woods today… You’ll step into a world of scent and colour. The sweet perfume of bluebells drifts through the air and the forest floor becomes a gentle sea off blue. Long ago bluebells were used for everything from laundry starch to herbal remedies. Now, in our modern world, we’re left with the bluebell woods in full bloom. The perfect setting for your family story to unfold.

Because these moments don’t last. The flowers bloom, the light shifts, the children grow. A bluebell photoshoot isn’t just about a pretty picture, it’s about pausing time. Tips for making the most of your bluebell photoshoot

🌿 Tread lightly – English bluebells are protected, and I’m all about respecting the woods. I stick to tiny trails and love using tree stumps as natural posing spots. It keeps the forest beautiful for everyone. But don’t worry if your child chooses to pick a flower that’s okay too. We will take it home and save it as a memory from your photos shoots. 

👗 Wear soft, simple tones – Think forest greens, soft creams, gentle blues. Avoid loud patterns, let the flowers' subtle hue shine and complement your style.

🎨 Keep it colourful – Bluebells are best in colour. If you're a black-and-white lover (I see you!), there are other gorgeous settings better suited to that mood.
